Main parameter series Single-stage/Double-stage PE PP film /flake/blocks pelletizing line/granulating machine(with sider feeder/force feeder):
Application: Crushed film, flake, blocks waste plastic material.
The machine also can equipped with agglomeration making system( compactor ). This system specially use for very lose and light material such as thinner film, woven bags etc.
PP PE film compactor(agglomeration making unit): Crushing and compress film, and feed compressed film into extruder forcedly, to make the production capacity high and stable. The agglomeration unit is connect with screw, its function is press the film into small blocks and feed into screw by force. This function can give the film a effective pre-treatment avoid the film blocking at the feeding hole of the extruder. It help the extruder rise feeding capacity, and keep the machine working in the stable capacity.
The downstream units can be equipped with water cooling noodle type cutting system or water circle round cutting system.
