3. The rigidity of floor system, allows our modular buildings to be top loaded onto a ship for export, can be transported over long distances and multiple times without incurring structure damage. The completed building can be crane lifted onto semi-trailer trays, and maneuvered into position.

4. The floor system allow extension and transform for existing modular buildings: Allow a planned extension process phased over a number of years, also for cantilevered portions of buildings (decks and platforms) not normally associated with modular buildings.

CNBM modular buildings have an uncommonly high energy rating when compared to other
Modular models. Energy efficiencies are derived from the use of insulated floor, wall and
Ceiling products and by the incorporation of solar passive design principles.

CNBM modular buildings have 3 insulation systems: Composite wall system, floor system, and
Roofing system. Composite wall system is formed by interior plasterboard, rock wool insulation
And exterior fiber cement siding. Floor system is formed by 75mm thickness autoclaved
Aerated concrete floor panel and floating timber floor. Roofing system is formed by sandwich
Panel and rock wool insulation. The three systems effectively prevent interior heat loss,
Minimize usage of air conditions, and maximize thermal comfort.

Our modular buildings widely adopt Australian standard double-glazed windows and doors, four louver glass windows, which maximize light entry, natural ventilation, natural cooling and heating.

The modular buildings are able to support a 1200mm eave, this capability not available on comparable products. We have devised a method of securing and wrapping a 1200mm eave around the entire perimeter of the modular. Correctly positioned, the eave allows the tracking of the winter sun to enter the building and blocks the effects of the summer sun.

These designs use thermal mass to create radiant coolness and warmness, minimize the external energy requirement.
