CAS 187393-00-6 UV absorber Bemotrizinol  is an oil-soluble organic compound that is added to sunscreen to absorb ultraviolet light. 


CAS 187393-00-6 UV absorber Bemotrizinol  is a wide-area (broadband) UV absorber that absorbs UVB and uvA, and has two peaks at wavelengths 310 and 340 nanometers respectively. 


Its light stability is extremely high, even if applied to 50MEDs uv light, still maintain 98.4% of the amount is not decomposed, and mixing with other sunscreens such as Avobenzone inhibits them to produce a photodecomposition reaction.
